Bring a yoga met, refillable water bottle, journal with blank (unlined) pages, sunscreen, swim suit, and warm layers for the evening concert.

Enicia Fisher is a writer and teacher who enjoys integrating yoga with poetry, metaphysics, aromatherapy, creative writing, and dark chocolate. She leads quarterly Women’s Yoga & Creativity retreats with the Seven Sisters Caravan.
Larisa Stow was born to wake, shake and create a vibration-raising revolution in her lifetime. She is the lead singer singer/songwriter of the band Larisa Stow and Shakti Tribe. Inspired to help others reach their potential, she regularly leads transformational playshops, incorporating tools from her private practice as a Transformational Life Coach, NLP certified practitioner and Prema Shakti Yoga Instructor.
Together, Enicia and Larisa lead a transformative journey deep within, connecting with the wisdom of the heart, and then back out again into full-out self-expression!
10am- Grounding circle and yoga practice with nature journaling & nature walk
1pm- snacks by poolside
2pm- Meditation, mandalas, creativity ceremony
4pm-sharing and closing circle
5pm- Dinner served (organic) free time & time for personal adornment (face painting, dressing for concert).
7:30pm- outdoor Shakti Tribe concert (open to additional guests)
The evening concert is BYOB – Bring your own basket (snacks, wine, etc for yourself or for sharing) for the evening picnic and concert.
